Bird Eugene Chamberland, 65, of Rustburg passed away Monday, November 16, 2009 at his residence. He was the husband of Donna Strother Chamberland.
Born January 20, 1944 in Brunswick, Maine he was a son of the late Robert Leroy and Ruth Helen Shellenbarger Chamberland. Bird was a retired employee of Dinner Bell Meat Products, Inc. and a member of Jordan Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Jordan Baptist Church with the Rev. Melvin Campbell officiating. Diuguid Waterlick Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
